Drying Mats Rental Equipment

Drying Mats Rental Equipment

Moisture can hide below flooring, behind baseboards, inside cabinets, and within wall assemblies after a flood, leak, or appliance overflow. Standard surface drying after water or flood damage may not be enough when water has moved into hard-to-reach areas.

Our drying mat rental and interior drying system rentals help target trapped moisture with focused drying support. The Dri-Eaz DriForce InterAir Drying System is designed to draw moist air out or direct high-pressure air into hard-to-reach structures so they can dry with minimal disruption.

Product Description

The Dri-Eaz DriForce InterAir Drying System is designed for interior drying in hard-to-reach areas and complex assemblies. It can force air in or vacuum air out of wall assemblies and cabinets, helping dry moisture that is not easily reached by open-air circulation alone.

The rental drying system is designed to dry up to 90 linear feet of wall. The included F211-BU blower produces up to 38 inches of static pressure, and the complete system fits in two carrying cases and stacks for storage.

When to Rent Drying Mats?

Water Under Flooring:

Water Under Flooring:

If water has travelled below flooring or hard surfaces, standard airflow across the top may not be enough. Drying mats and interior drying systems help target trapped moisture more directly.

Wet Walls:

Wet Walls:

Moisture can sit behind baseboards or inside wall cavities after a leak or flood. The DriForce system is designed to force air in or vacuum air out of wall assemblies.

Cabinet and Kick Plate Drying:

Cabinet and Kick Plate Drying:

Appliance leaks and kitchen flooding can send water under cabinets. Interior drying support can help address damp areas behind kick plates and inside cabinet assemblies.

Hardwood Floor:

Hardwood Floor:

Drying Hardwood and hard-surface flooring can hold moisture beneath the surface. Targeted drying equipment rentals can help reduce the amount of time trapped moisture remains in place.

HOW DRYING MATS WORK?

1

Moisture Assessment:

The affected area is checked to determine where moisture may be trapped and whether targeted drying equipment is suitable for the material and location.

2

Access and Placement:

Drying components are positioned where moisture is trapped. In some cases, small quarter-inch holes behind baseboards or kick plates may be used to reach interior spaces.

3

Air Pressure or Vacuum Drying:

The system can direct high-pressure air into hard-to-reach structures or draw moist air out of wall assemblies and cabinets.

4

Progress Monitoring:

Moisture levels should be checked during the drying process to confirm whether the area is responding and whether equipment placement needs adjustment.

What our clients say

Vandana T

Really impressed with the speed at which George responded. He is courteous and really professional, and I highly recommend him.

Y Peng

Had basement flooding issue and called Restoration Express. George came and helped with his professional knowledge. We decided to not go with the insurance as the damage was not too expensive to repair. George helped so much, although he travelled to my place while won't earn $$$ from my case.

Highly recommend for basement flooding cases.

Ning Liu

I would refer them with confidence and make sure to call them again for all our restoration needs.

Graham Becksted

Restoration Express came to the house to do a mold assessment and very professionally let us know the situation wasn't as bad as we feared, and even fixed a misconnected bathroom fan while they were in the attic.

I was very impressed with their knowledge and service and would definitely use them again!

John Stone

We called George from Restoration Express in a panic as we just noticed water in our basement. He arrived the same day and was able to place fans and a humidifier right away to prevent mold. He was honest, trustworthy, and helped out with cutting some drywall and removing carpet. I would recommend him to friends and family.

K. Hx.

I was referred to Restoration Express by my plumber as I had some water damage from the dishwashing machine leaking. They came quickly, dried the area, and the cost was quite reasonable that it wasn't even worth going through insurance.

Frequently asked questions

Are drying mats only for hardwood floors?

They are often used when moisture is trapped below flooring or hard surfaces, but the DriForce Interior Drying System is also designed for wall assemblies, cabinets, and other hard-to-reach structures.

Can drying mats save my floor?

They may help in some situations, especially when used early, but results depend on the material, saturation level, and how long the water has been present.

Do I still need air movers and dehumidifiers?

Often, yes. Drying mats target trapped moisture, while air movers and dehumidifiers help control the broader drying environment.

Can I pick up the equipment, or do you offer delivery?

We offer both. You're welcome to pick up directly from our location, or we can arrange same-day 3-hour delivery across the Greater Toronto Area for emergency water damage equipment rentals.
